SOTDay Bonus: Don't Stop the Party - The Black Eyed Peas

"Don't Stop the Party" was released as a single quite a while ago. I neglected doing a review for the song, since I was pretty sure that it wouldn't become popular. However, it's now starting its creep up the charts, and it's become apparent that "Don't Stop the Party" deserves a fair review. But will it be a good one? Read on to find out!

This is the radio version, the shortened version of a song that was far too long and boring to succeed on the radio. However, that doesn't mean that the slowness of the song has been completely fixed. There are multiple points where Will.I.Am is yelling "Don't Stop the Party!" for an incredibly long time, in which I become relatively ignorant for the song.

The song also lacks life. The beat is fun to listen to for a while, but becomes old quickly. Fergie's voice sounds aged and droned out, as if she's going to sing a ballad - not a dance song.

I would definitely suggest that you do not buy this song. It only provides a mediocre amount of excitement for a mediocre amount of time, and is nothing for your ears to awe in wonder at.
