The Project: Mobius Fab 50 - Week of June 20, 2011

Katy Perry has been living a "Teenage Dream" since even before her album came out. She's recorded her fifth top 40 single from the album with "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)", and it looks destined to become her fifth #1 single from the album. However, has it already hit that hallmark rate on the Fab 50? Read on to find out!

The chart's right here! The background info's below.

At the Top
  • Adele clings on to the top spot, after starting to lose her fire. Due to other songs losing ground, LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem" moves back into the 2nd position.
  • "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" makes an incredible leap to 3rd after the release of Katy Perry's music video. "Give Me Everything", by Pitbull and Ne-Yo, falls to 4th, while Lady Gaga's "The Edge of Glory" takes a step back to fifth after a lackluster video.

  1. I think "Last Friday Night" will probably top the Hot 100 next week, which will make Teenage Dream only the second album ever to score five #1 hits. Pretty impressive.
