Adele's album 21 has been the biggest hit worldwide so far this year, so it makes sense that more than one of her songs would be featured on the Project: Mobius Fab 50. "Set Fire to the Rain" makes its debut on the chart this week, premiering at #42. There's also a change at the top of the chart this week. Who makes the jump to 1st?
Like I said above, we have a change at the top spot. Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" may have been knocked off last week after "Party Rock Anthem" returned to the top spot, but it's back with a vengeance!

- Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) takes the top spot from LMFAO's "Party Rock Anthem", which falls back to 2nd. Hot Chelle Rae's "Tonight Tonight" stays at 3rd.

Surprised that "The Edge of Glory" hasn't hit number one...Then again the video wasn't as EPIC as the song is!
ReplyDelete"The Edge of Glory" never really hit big with me personally. It seems lost in time for me, with its mysterious retro sound...
ReplyDeleteBig showing for "Skyscraper!" When I first heard the song, I thought it was pretty, but I wasn't really into her performance. But it's growing on me, and I may actually like this song now. I haven't heard of Breathe Carolina; I'll have to check 'em out.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't say I like the song, but it's a little better after you listen to it the 1st time. Rest assured, though, that "Skyscraper" will fall next week! ;)
